A Recipe for Deliciousness

Sue is an amazing cook. Yeah, you don't know Sue, but that's irrelevant. The only thing that matters is her pudding recipe...





  • Get a packet of Digestive Biscuits,100g butter, 1.5 pounds chocolate - I used a mixture of Galaxy and Bourneville, 1 pint double cream and a splash of alcohol -whatever you like.
  • Crush the biscuits and bind with the melted butter. Press into a tin.
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Melt chocolate and whip into cream with alcohol until well mixed.
  • Chill overnight.
  • To combat the richness it's really nice served with a fruit coulis and cream - made by blending fruit and serving it on the side.
