- Get a packet of Digestive Biscuits,100g butter, 1.5 pounds chocolate - I used a mixture of Galaxy and Bourneville, 1 pint double cream and a splash of alcohol -whatever you like.
- Crush the biscuits and bind with the melted butter. Press into a tin.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Melt chocolate and whip into cream with alcohol until well mixed.
- Chill overnight.
- To combat the richness it's really nice served with a fruit coulis and cream - made by blending fruit and serving it on the side.
